1. Formation of the contract

Orders placed on the server are binding on the customer upon receipt of the order and payment by our customer service department.
In the case of payment on delivery, orders placed on the server are binding on the customer upon receipt of the order by our customer service department.

2. Validity period of sales offers

Products are offered for sale while stocks last.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible, by email or by post.

3. Delivery

Vogelzang undertakes to make every effort to deliver the order as quickly as possible upon receipt of the purchase order.
Any delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods, or claim damages.

The risk of transport is borne by the buyer, who, in the event of damage or missing items upon delivery, must state any reservations on the delivery note and confirm them within three days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier.

Vogelzang shall be released from its delivery obligation in the event of force majeure (strikes, floods, fires, etc.).

Transfer of ownership of the products is suspended until full payment of the price, without affecting the transfer of risks.

Transport costs outside Metropolitan France and abroad: upon quotation.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
The amount of VAT and shipping costs appear at the end of the order.

Vogelzang reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is recorded.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven clear days from the date of delivery to return the products for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for shipping and return costs.
Products returned without their original packaging, incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.

6. Warranties

Vogelzang guarantees product defects under the following conditions:

In the event of a proven defect, the customer has one month from the date of purchase to return the product, at their own expense, in its original packaging.
Vogelzang will then send a replacement product to the customer at its own expense.

7. Protection of personal data

All data provided is used for order processing purposes.
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, review, modify, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting the customer service department of Vogelzang.

8. Payment terms

Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
The goods remain the property of Vogelzang until full payment has been made.

Any payment made more than 30 days after the invoice date will incur a penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate (Law No. 92-1442 of December 31, 1992).
No discount will be granted for early payment.

9. Disputes

Orders are governed by French law.
Contractual information is presented in French, and the products offered comply with French regulations.

Foreign customers are responsible for checking with local authorities the conditions for using the products ordered.
Vogelzang shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Vogelzang.

Any dispute relating to the sale shall be subject to French law and submitted to the Commercial Court of Dieppe.
